The mood is buoyant and bullish!
We are excited to announce the relocation of Polestar headquarters to Plano, Texas - marking a significant step in our journey of growth and innovation. The new office is strategically located in one of the country’s fastest-growing tech hubs, positioning Polestar at the center of a thriving ecosystem that feeds on cutting-edge tech and enterprise innovations.
Texas, particularly the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, is rapidly becoming a national hub for tech innovation and enterprise development. Plano’s strategic location offers access to a vibrant business ecosystem with proximity to key markets, including major Fortune 500 companies, enabling Polestar to deepen our ties with existing clients and partners.
Moreover, our new location (Google Map Location) allows for closer partnerships with academic institutions in Texas, enabling us to tap into emerging talent and collaborate on future-ready innovations.
Polestar has consistently attracted world-class data scientists, engineers and consultants to strategically meet the growing needs of our clients. We are focused on adding value to our clients spread across the globe and aim to hire across job roles such as data science, data engineering, data analytics as well as Generative AI among others over the next year, said Asim Jamil, Head — Human Resources at Polestar.
This move is not just a change in geography; it represents a shift in our approach to how we envision the future. Our leadership team, led by CEO and Founder, Chetan Alsisaria views this as a critical move in scaling our operations to meet the growing demand for AI-driven enterprise solutions.
Joining him in our Texas HQ are industry veterans such as Sid Poddar (CPG, Retail & Manufacturing vertical Head), Mohana Bhrugubanda (TMT & FSI Head), Moussa Dagnogo (Cloud Sales Director) and Ryan Meehan (AE – Anaplan), to spearhead our expansion across US.“These are exciting times for us as we’ve seen steep growth over the past three years, despite the market condition not being favourable in the US. Our focus remains on building a world-class team based in the U.S., being close to our clients and further strengthening our capabilities.” said Chetan Alsisaria — CEO & Co-Founder, Polestar.
The Plano office not only strengthens our presence in Central US but also aligns with our broader strategy of pan-America expansion. With the opening of this office, Polestar is well-positioned to scale its delivery of new-age AI and data engineering services to clients across industries, including CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and FSI sectors.
Our expansion into Plano is more than a geographical shift—it's a strategic move position our new HQ as a one-stop shop for innovation, R&D and digital transformation for enterprises worldwide.
As we settle into our new home, we are excited about the endless possibilities this move unlocks. The Plano office offers a solid geographical footprint to closely observe market evolution in East as well as Western US – enabling us to implement strategies more suited to geographical and sectoral needs.
The Plano HQ ticks one more checkbox in Polestar's mission to revolutionize enterprise AI solutions and one more push to position us as a leader in AI-powered solutions and a pioneer in helping clients get the best value out of their data.
